Job Description

Develop and implement a unified quality strategy across global sites to ensure consistency and alignment. Partner with senior leadership to define, maintain, and elevate quality standards company-wide. Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Coach and support site-level quality teams, promoting a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence. Create and execute a long-term quality roadmap that blends technical depth with strategic foresight.

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving results that go beyond daily operations. People-first leadership style backed by strong emotional intelligence. Skilled in structured problem-solving approaches, including RCA, 8D, and corrective action planning. Proven experience overseeing quality functions within manufacturing or chemical environments. Exposure to multi-site or global operations is ideal; open to high-potential candidates ready to grow into broader roles. Knowledge of IATF standards is advantageous; a solid understanding of chemical processes is essential.
