Job Description

Lead the development and execution of a unified quality strategy across multiple global sites. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and uphold high standards of quality and consistency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance internal processes and customer satisfaction. Mentor and guide site-level quality teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Build and implement a roadmap for long-term quality success, balancing technical rigor with strategic vision.

The Successful Applicant

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results beyond day-to-day execution. Strong emotional intelligence and people-centric leadership style. Expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., RCA, 8D, Corrective Actions). Experience managing quality functions in a manufacturing or chemical environment. Background in multi-site or global operations preferred; open to candidates ready to scale up. Familiarity with IATF standards is a plus, but a solid foundation in chemical processes is key.
