CNC Maintenance Technicians play a critical role in ensuring the continuous operation of our 24 / 7 manufacturing facility. Responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of equipment, this role is essential to minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Essential Functions

• Read work orders, specifications, blueprints, and schematics to determine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Performs moderate to advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on CNC machines, pumps, HVAC, cranes, forklifts, compressors, and other facility equipment
• Monitors fluid levels and may add / change fluids, including coolant to machines; safely transports and stores used coolant for collection by authorized waste vendor
• Safely and efficiently operates forklift and other material-handling equipment including scissor lifts or other powered industrial lifts; may operate overhead or jib cranes; certification must be obtained upon hire and maintained throughout employment
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and work order systems; manage parts and supply inventory as needed
• Keep work areas clean and organized; return tools and equipment to proper storage after use
• Follows all safety policies and procedures; consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE); attends and participates actively in safety training; may participate in safety committee
• Communicates verbally (English) and follows verbal and written instructions
• Level II and III may provide training to level I technicians
• Performs other tasks and / or assignments as required
• Regular on-site attendance at the workplace is required

Required Education and Work Experience

A minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar maintenance role to include repair of CNC machining centers is required ; Vocational training or apprenticeship in industrial maintenance is preferred.
