Administrative Coordinator – Social Responsibility Programs
Pay : $35 / hour
Temporary-3 months
Downtown Los Angeles (in office)
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support a corporate team, with a focus on charitable giving, community engagement, and sustainability. This role provides critical administrative and project coordination support across multiple charitable programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and approve employee matching gift requests
- Support the administration of grant programs, including application review, approvals, and payment scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, materials, and communications for local volunteer committees
- Assist in planning and executing volunteer events and community engagement activities
- Maintain participation data dashboards and reporting
- Support the research, management, and delivery of social impact programs that advance economic inclusion and community development
- Review nonprofit applications, process grants, and manage related documentation
- Coordinate activities for multi-year partnerships and employee volunteer initiatives
- Prepare materials and reports for leadership and governance meetings
- Provide administrative support for special projects and cross-functional initiatives
