The Senior Client Executive will play an important role within the sales team, driving strategic initiatives and managing key client relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of both business and technology services to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. These professionals are responsible for finding new business opportunities, engaging new clients or prospects, developing proposals, and handling the contract process. They help the company grow by finding, acquiring, and managing large enterprise clients. This role demands top-notch skills in sales, marketing, communication, and customer relations.

What You'll Bring :

• 5-8 years of related experience in client service or sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas In the ORACLE / JD EDWARDS  or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP space.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing deals.
• Leadership experience in a sales or account management capacity.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Sales Acumen : Ability to meet and exceed targets. Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Strategic Thinking : Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Relationship Building : Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions.

What You'll Do :

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field, expected or 6+ years of work related experience.

As a W-2 employee, this position provides a competitive base salary plus commission with attractive employee benefits. We provide multiple healthcare, dental, and vision benefits and KS2 pays 75% of employee and family coverage.
