The position of the Collections Account Specialist is to ensure insurance dental claims are paid in an accurate and timely manner. Below are just a few of the daily tasks and responsibilities this role requires.
The work requires that sensitive timelines be met so some flexibility in these responsibilities will be needed at times.

- Working with payers to resolve claim issues
- Actively reviewing claims rejection reports and correcting any issues
- Actively work any insurance denials or no pays
- Researching outstanding claims & >
