Job Summary

We are seeking a bright and motivated Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions that optimize our business operations. You'll help us decrease monotonous activities, reduce human error, and free up our brilliant teams to work on high-impact, innovative projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments (like Finance, HR, and Operations) to analyze existing workflows and identify key opportunities for automation.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and scripting languages.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of automation projects, including integration with other systems and applications via APIs.
  • Provide ongoing support for deployed automations, including troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance, and making improvements as needed.
  • Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, including process maps and technical specifications.
  • Track the performance of automation initiatives, measure their ROI, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices and promoting an "automation-first" mindset across the company.

Skills and Qualifications

Required :

  • Proven experience with one or more major RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Proficiency in a scripting language, such as Python or PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and experience integrating different software systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
  • Certification in a leading RPA tool (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer).
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.

    • Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation development, RPA, or a similar role focused on process improvement through technology.

    • Annual Pay

  • $88,000 $120,000 per year.
  • The final salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
