Real Estate Investment Dispositions Representative

We’re a rapidly growing real estate investment company specializing in off-market residential properties. Our team is looking for a Dispositions Representative who knows how to manage relationships, drive urgency, negotiate deals, and keep a sales pipeline moving.

This role is about selling the properties we acquire to our network of cash buyers, landlords, and investors. Think of it as moving inventory —but instead of cars, you’re selling real estate deals with much higher earning potential .

What You'll Do :

• Represent our company’s inventory of investment properties to buyers
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors
• Manage follow-up and communication to move deals through the pipeline
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profit
• Close multiple deals each month and help grow the business
