Our DUI & Criminal Defense Law Firm, based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, is growing fast and we’re ready to add an  Intake Specialist to our team.

We are looking to add a team member who has the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to help potential new clients understand how to see a better future using our services. As the first person within our firm to speak to potential new clients, the Intake Specialist sets the tone for our firm’s outstanding customer experience!

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as an Intake Specialist in a sales role.

Compensation : $55,000+

Responsibilities :

As an Intake Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance from our firm with a DUI, traffic, or criminal matter. Our Intake Specialists provide our potential new clients with the ultimate telephone experience. You will play a crucial role in assessing potential clients' needs, gathering essential information, and guiding them through the initial steps of the process.

Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will ensure a smooth and efficient intake process, laying the foundation for successful client representation.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients via phone, email, or video conferencing.
• Gather relevant information about clients' history, goals, and challenges.
• Assess potential clients' eligibility for various services offered by the firm.
• Educate clients about the firm's services and processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and case information in our case management system.
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations and appointments.
• Follow up with clients to collect additional documentation and information as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the intake process.
• Schedule qualified potential clients for private consultations with team members.
