Key Responsibilities
Supervises daily activities of cash posting staff, including monitoring production and scheduling
Trains and develops staff, conducts performance evaluations, and creates reports
Reviews reconciliations and postings, ensuring compliance with service level agreements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of business office or related experience preferred
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Understanding of business service functions including billing, collections, and insurance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
