Schedule : Monday - Friday | 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Leadership : Oversee daily facility operations to meet production, throughput, and revenue targets efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-tiered team, including supervisors, technicians, and associates, fostering high performance and professional development.
• Revenue & Efficiency Optimization : Partner with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to translate operational efficiency into measurable revenue growth. Monitor KPIs such as yield, utilization, and turnaround time.
• Strategic Contribution : Align facility operations with company-wide financial and strategic goals, driving capacity planning, cost savings, and margin expansion.
• Analytics & Reporting : Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure products meet quality standards and that operations comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Process Improvement : Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and system enhancements, to reduce cost per unit and increase throughput.
• Facility & Inventory Management : Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility while managing inventory levels to support seamless production and distribution.
• Safety Oversight : Promote and enforce workplace safety regulations and guidelines across all facility operations.
