Job Title : Contracts Manager

Location : Bristol, PA

Pay Rate : $55 – $57 per hour

Position Overview :

The Senior Contracts Manager plays a key role in shaping successful business outcomes by driving contractual strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial objectives related to orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow. This role provides expert guidance on business, contractual, and risk mitigation strategies while managing the full lifecycle of complex government and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead contract development, negotiation, and administration for new and continuing programs.

Analyze and interpret complex contract terms and conditions to protect company interests and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Provide strategic guidance on contractual, business, and risk management issues to program and leadership teams.

Evaluate new laws, regulations, and contracting trends for potential impact on business operations.

Manage customer relationships as the primary contractual interface, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Oversee the proposal process, solicitation review, contract change management, and closeout activities.

Contribute to process improvements and departmental performance goals through effective project and contract management.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Working knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).

Proven experience managing complex contracts in a government or defense environment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Bristol, PA.

Preferred Qualifications :

Active or prior Secret Clearance.

Experience negotiating price and terms for high-value contracts.
