As a Security Officer - Industrial Access Control in Keewatin, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As an Access Control Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors. Your visible presence and exceptional customer service will create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting access control procedures. Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Fri 06 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sat 06 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sun 06 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials and authorizations for employees, visitors, and contractors in a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Perform security-related patrols around the site and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Maintain awareness of site-specific policies and procedures while providing customer service to all individuals on location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.

Document security-related activities, observations, and incidents as required by post orders.

Support emergency response activities as appropriate, assisting with site evacuations or lockdowns when necessary.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
