Commercial Project Manager

A company is looking for a Commercial Project Manager - Data Center Vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the commercial aspects of customer contracts, including project P&L responsibility and cash flow performance

Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Support project management in financial compliance and optimize project schedules for cash flow maximization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related Business degree

3+ years of experience in a finance role with knowledge of Accounting principles and Financial Reporting Guidelines

Proficiency in SAP

Experience in Financial Planning and Controlling

Understanding of project controlling requirements and the Percentage of Completion accounting method
