Land Use and Zoning Attorney

Overview

Land Use & Zoning Attorney position with one of Long Island's prestigious and established law firms. This role is part of the Real Estate & Development group and involves advising clients on complex real estate projects across Long Island and the greater New York metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Provide land use and zoning counsel across real estate transactions, including transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters.
• Advise clients on complex development projects and navigate municipal approvals.
• Collaborate with a seasoned Real Estate & Development team in a highly collaborative environment.
• Represent clients before municipal boards when applicable.
