THE JOB :

Are you a visionary with a passion for crafting immersive, unforgettable experiences? MGM Resorts International is seeking a Creative Producer to join our dynamic team—bringing bold ideas, compelling visuals, and meaningful storytelling to life across a wide range of internal and external events.

As a key contributor to our MGM Resorts Events Production (MREP) team, you’ll collaborate with clients, cross-functional departments, and trusted vendors to produce events that dazzle, engage, and inspire. From pool parties and ballroom galas to off-property activations, you’ll be at the forefront of our most imaginative productions.

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

Concept, design, and lead visually captivating experiences that align with client goals and MGM’s world-class standards.

Transform event objectives into immersive themes, visual narratives, and experiential designs.

Work closely with production teams, designers, and vendors to bring concepts to life—on time and on budget.

Stay ahead of design, entertainment, fashion, and hospitality trends to deliver cutting-edge experiences.

Build compelling storyboards, inspiration decks, and design prototypes.

Act as a creative lead from ideation through execution, maintaining aesthetic cohesion and strategic impact.

Serve as an MREP ambassador within the events and entertainment industry.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

3+ years of relevant experience required

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.

Strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Excellent time management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience with budgets, timelines, and prototypes.
