Playstudios US LLC is hiring : Creative Marketing Producer in Las Vegas

We are looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Producer to oversee the end-to-end workflow of omni-channel marketing deliverables for myVIP-from intake through final delivery. This role is responsible for managing high-volume projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, leveraging agile sprint methodologies and tools to ensure efficient resource scheduling and seamless execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and adept at agile project management. They bring proven experience partnering with creative design teams and cross-functional stakeholders within marketing or creative agency environments. Strong expertise in project management tools is essential for success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

Project & Workflow Management

• Oversee the full myVIP marketing project lifecycle from intake to delivery
• Review and validate requests to ensure alignment with myVIP marketing strategies
• Refine creative briefs, confirm all required assets, source assets as needed, and schedule work based on priorities, team availability, and skillsets
• Track progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure on-time completion of all deliverables
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, status updates, and project details
• Manage and resolve workflow conflicts, bottlenecks, and evolving business requirements
• Coordinate feedback loops and approval processes with Art Directors and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
