• THE JOB :
• As our Social Media Producer, you’ll be the creative engine behind our visual storytelling—bringing MGM Resorts’ experiences to life through standout social media content. From filming and editing to ideating and producing, you’ll help us capture the energy, excitement, and elegance of our iconic brands.
• THE DAY-TO-DAY :
• Conceptualize, capture, and produce compelling, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
• Lead end-to-end production—owning ideation, art direction, filming, editing, and delivery of polished multimedia content.
• Collaborate with creative directors, social media teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Stay ahead of trends, using professional gear, agile production techniques, and AI tools to produce fresh, relevant content.
• Ensure all content meets brand standards, legal requirements, and platform best practices—including usage rights and clearances.
• Help shape our creative approach to storytelling, balancing high-quality production with social-native authenticity.
• THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
• 3+ years of experience in content creation or social media creative roles, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, and multimedia content designed for social platforms.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Deep knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and an eye for visual trends and storytelling formats.
• Understanding of SEO, content optimization, and paid social best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as needed.
• Passion for hospitality, entertainment, gaming, and nightlife.
