About This Role

As a Lead HVAC Installer you are the leader of your install team. Once instruction has been given to you by our Installation Manager, you are responsible for instructing your team and executing a professional install job. You will work hands on with your crew while installing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment. It is your job to make sure the installation is done properly, safely, and to the high standards of Stephen K. Denny all while providing excellent customer service.

About You

• You have 3+ years of field experience and are looking for an opportunity to grow and be better supported
• You like to get the job done right the first time
• A strong communicator and a natural at explaining basic maintenance suggestions to customers
• You enjoy training and mentoring apprentices
