Position Summary :

The Analyst, Sales Operations plays a key role within the Contract Operations team supporting the Medical Nutrition business. This position is responsible for evaluating customer eligibility for contracts and GPO tiers, determining whether contract linking modifications are needed, and ensuring proper linkage of purchasing customers to contracts in SAP in collaboration with Finance's Chargebacks team. Additionally, the Analyst communicates contract eligibility to distributor partners. The role demands a proactive change agent focused on enhancing Contract Operations processes through digital tools and other process improvement initiatives. Success in this position requires close collaboration with various business units, including National Accounts, Distribution, Sales, Data Management, Finance & Chargebacks, and Sales Support.

Location : This position may be remote or hybrid. Preference will be given to applicants residing within a commutable distance of our Eden Prairie, MN offices or in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assures customers are accurately linked to appropriate contracts using various sources of data such as reports, spreadsheets, linking forms, memberships list, etc. Utilizes SAP and Vistex to execute contract linking
• Evaluate customer eligibility for contracts and determine contract linking modifications accordingly
• Working in close collaboration with Chargebacks team to assure correct contracts are used for chargeback purposes
• Authorizes customers for contracts for distributor chargebacks
• Informs distributors of customer contract eligibility
• Addresses distributor inquiries about customer contract eligibility
• Communicates with sales teams on customer contract linking status
• Updates Vistex for accurate customer linking of key contract attributes
• Analyze large amounts of raw data (ie., customer spreadsheets and rosters) for contract linking / unlinking / relinking. Seeks additional data points as needed to resolve linking issues.
• Identifies gaps in data needs and connects with National Accounts and Sales teams to close gaps to assure accurate contract linking
• Uses knowledge of departmental and business objectives, strategies, and needs to identify opportunities that can help achieve desired results.
• Guides Sales Team members on Operations procedures and processes
• Recommends enhancements to job area processes to resolve issues and improve effectiveness. Implements strategies to reduce future risk
• Uses digital / AI tools to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in fulfilling routine requests, in monitoring, researching and detecting patterns of errant linking and in daily tasks.
• Trains and guides new Contract Operations employees.
• Perform other duties as required.

Experience and Education Requirements :

The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
