Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst to ensure financial and operational processes run smoothly for state and local transportation clients.

Key Responsibilities

Review and audit weekly time and project data for accuracy and completeness

Support the preparation and reconciliation of monthly invoices and maintain accurate project assignments

Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to provide leadership with insights into key performance metrics

Qualifications

2 to 5 years in business operations, finance operations, or professional services operations

Strong quantitative skills with the ability to reconcile data and identify patterns

Proficient with spreadsheets and basic BI / reporting tools

Working knowledge of core accounting concepts including invoicing and reconciliations

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or equivalent practical experience
