oDesktop support in a Windows environment.

oHardware support for desktops / laptops.

oHands-on experience with Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.

oWorkstation OS imaging and deployment using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

oTroubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of computers, user profiles and data movement.

oDiagnosing and resolving local and WAN network issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN).

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on user experience.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, such as phishing awareness and endpoint protection.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Dependable, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Must have dependable transportation and a valid Class C driver's license.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• One to three years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technician role, a plus.

Preferred certifications :

• CompTIA A+ (strongly recommended).
• CompTIA Network+ or other relevant IT certifications.
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $28.50 / hr.
