A highly respected, boutique estate planning and business law firm in the St. Louis area is seeking a full-time, senior-level Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, collaborative, and technology-forward environment with a commitment to excellence and client care.

About The Role

In this position, you'll play a key role in supporting attorneys with :

• Drafting and preparing estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney)
• Preparing funding documents (including deeds and closely held business transfers)
• Supporting Trust Administration and Probate cases, including preparing court filings and related documentation
• Managing casework from inception to completion, with direct client communication and follow-up
