As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be a key member of the Employee Relations Center of Excellence who provides specialized guidance and support to associates, managers and HR professionals on employee relations and workplace matters. You will review and respond to sensitive associate issues, ensure compliance with employment obligations, and support human resources initiatives that foster a positive, fair and compliant work environment. You will also influence employment policies and practices that align with TransUnion's values and business goals.

What You\'ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience advising on Employee Relations and corrective action across multiple jurisdictions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Experience using HR Acuity or similar case management systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience with mandatory reporting requirements (e.g., EEO-1, AAP, VETS-4212).

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
