Our client is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join their team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be part of a Health Support Department supporting client interaction and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing compassionate, client-centered service which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Greenville, SC

Pay Range : $16-17

Shift : 8 : 30a-5pm M-F

What's the Job?

• Meet, interview, and assist public health clients on-site following program guidelines and policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client needs and inquiries.
• Process and update client information, medical records, and profiles, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Answer client questions via phone and schedule appointments efficiently.
