As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face of Tricoci University. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest and student receives an exceptional experience. You will manage inquiries, appointments, and provide support to both our clients and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet guests and students upon arrival, providing assistance as needed.
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for beauty services and educational tours.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and services provided.
• Resolve guest concerns, feedback, and requests in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the university’s daily operations.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20 / hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
