Duties and Responsibilities :

Florida's History Shop is the retail store of the Museum of Florida History. Florida's History Shop consists of three locationsthe Museum of Florida History, the Capitol, and the Florida Historic Capitol Museumand an online store (FloridasHistoryShop.com). We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to carry out all functions of the stores. Working under the store manager, the Assistant Manager will staff the stores as needed, train sales associates, perform inventory, set up displays, and participate in all other store functions. The assistant manager must be able to provide excellent service to customers.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

Criminal Background Checks : A Level 2 criminal background check is a condition of employment. If selected for this position, you must provide your fingerprints. We will send your fingerprints to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for a criminal background check.
