Built entirely in JavaScript / TypeScript, our technologies include Angular, Capacitor, Electron, React, AWS (serverless backend with Cognito, Appsync GraphQL, Lambda, and DynamoDB), and Amplitude for analytics. With strong test coverage, CI / CD, and a stable codebase, we deploy and ship new features quickly while ensuring top performance and security.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your work will make a direct and measurable impact on patient care. Key responsibilities include :

• Integrating third-party APIs, including legacy EMR systems and national healthcare services, to expand capabilities like electronic prescribing.
• Optimizing a proprietary graph traversal algorithm to enhance patient care, transitioning from explicit to implicit curation using neural networks.
• Shipping critical features within your first two weeks that will have a tangible impact on saving lives.
• Participating in customer calls to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and motivations.
• Architecting and deploying scalable, cost-effective ETL pipelines with version control, preparing data for tokenization.
• Deploying active deep learning training and validation systems into production, ensuring seamless transitions to newer, more advanced versions.
• Developing cutting-edge features like context-aware chat with semantic search, AI-enabled telephony, and advanced care orchestration tools.
• Supporting hiring efforts and helping scale the team while implementing processes that enhance productivity and reduce development time.
• (6+ months) Taking on leadership opportunities to manage a team of talented engineers tackling healthcare’s biggest challenges.
