This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and scale robust, highly observable infrastructure for a global platform ecosystem. You will focus on end-to-end observability, automation, and seamless API-based integrations, enabling data-driven insights and reliable platform operations. The position requires both technical depth and systems thinking, allowing you to influence architecture, mentor peers, and drive improvements across development and operations teams. You will collaborate closely with SRE, DevOps, and engineering teams to build resilient CI / CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and optimize platform performance. This role is ideal for someone passionate about observability, automation, and delivering scalable solutions in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

As a Sr. Platform Engineer, you will :

• Design, implement, and manage observability systems using tools like New Relic, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Develop Python-based automation for monitoring, remediation, and system scalability.
• Integrate internal and third-party tools via APIs to enable unified dashboards, alert routing, and enhanced visibility.
• Connect observability platforms with incident management, CI / CD, and ticketing systems.
• Lead system reliability efforts through SLO / SLI definitions, performance analytics, and infrastructure optimization.
• Own and improve CI / CD pipelines to ensure resilient, low-risk deployments.
• Monitor, debug, and resolve platform performance issues at both application and infrastructure levels.
• Serve as a technical mentor and influence architectural direction across teams.
