Senior Platform Engineer

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll provide key technical contributions and service ownership within the engineering department for group assessment, responsible for building and operating software services supporting various internal customers.

In this role you will get to :

• Work with engineering and product leaders to analyze, estimate, adjust, and implement functionality.
• Build observable services and support their operation in production.
• Coach and mentor engineers on your team and across the department.
• Ensure that code quality is high – incorporating best practices including unit and integration tests, and that service quality meets functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with product management to understand the product, to suggest and evaluate tradeoffs, and solicit feedback early in the implementation cycle.

Compensation : Compensation : A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $155,000 - $175,000 USD plus applicable bonus. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data / range parameters.
