Meet prequalified homeowners and canvass nearby blocks. Use tablet quotes and a simple playbook to close at the door and log results block-by-block.
What you’ll do
Quick needs check → options on tablet → on-site close .
Log after each block; zero backlog by EOD .
Confirm activations; daily route sheet.
Weekly coaching; leaderboard and goal reviews.
What you’ll bring
Strong in-person communication; resilience in field sales.
Coachable; comfortable with scripts, objections, and repeatable steps.
Flexible availability, including some evenings / weekends.
Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with data; authorized to work in the U.S.
Spanish a plus.
Compensation & growth
Commission-based pay with a paid training bonus ; uncapped commissions plus weekly / monthly bonuses.
Target OTE $40,000–$60,000+ ; mapped territories; clear path to Team Lead / Manager-in-Training .
