We are a well-established, patient-centered dental practice offering specialized care in pedodontics and oral surgery. We’re currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Biller to join our billing and administrative team as an integral part.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career in dental billing and revenue cycle management.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) :

• Input and maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance details in dental software
• Prepare, submit, and track dental insurance claims for prompt reimbursement
• Conduct timely follow-ups with insurance providers to resolve denials or delays
• Post insurance and patient payments, manage patient balances, and issue statements
• Handle patient billing inquiries and provide clear, empathetic communication
• Work closely with front and back-office staff to ensure coding and documentation accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental insurance guidelines, CDT codes, and billing regulations.
