About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can own strategy and execution across a wide range of marketing functions.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and enjoys being a jack of all trades.
While the primary focus is driving measurable growth across channels, this role will also have significant exposure to product marketing responsibilities—from shaping messaging and positioning to supporting go-to-market strategies.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you’ll be a key player in scaling Rezdy’s marketing engine while influencing how we tell our product story.
This is a remote role for those based in the US and Canada What you will do Growth Marketing Lead lifecycle marketing programs across the funnel :
- nurture, conversion, and retention.
- Build and optimize campaigns across email, paid channels, SEO, and referral programs.
- Implement automations to personalize outreach, reduce manual work, and improve conversion rates.
- Develop content that fuels demand generation, including blogs, emails, and campaign assets.
- Design and run experiments to drive acquisition, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Product Marketing Support go-to-market strategy for new features and products.
- Shape messaging and positioning to sharpen Rezdy’s differentiation.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy.
- Create collateral, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
Cross-Functional Impact Support events and webinars end-to-end :
promotion, coordination, and post-event engagement.Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align marketing with business priorities.Champion AI tools and emerging tech to keep Rezdy’s marketing at the forefront of innovation What we are looking for 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on growth or demand generation.Exposure to product marketing, positioning, and go-to-market planning is highly valued.Proven track record of owning campaigns end-to-end with measurable impact on pipeline or revenue.Analytical and data-driven; comfortable using metrics to guide decision-making and optimization.A “builder” mindset—scrappy, resourceful, and eager to test, learn, and iterate.Organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.Collaborative teammate with a growth mindset—open to feedback, and excited to work cross-functionally.Bonus :
experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM / marketing automation platforms.
