They are seeking a highly motivated attorney who is barred in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey to represent both plaintiffs and defendants, from small businesses to large corporations, in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. This role will focus on breach of contract claims, creditor / lender disputes, and partnership disputes. Additionally, the position will involve contract drafting and some business and real estate transactions.
