Own lifecycle revenue, retention, and 1 : 1 personalization across email / SMS / push / web / app. Lead a 20–40 person org (managers, ICs, vendors) and the martech stack to drive measurable LTV lift at scale.
What you’ll do
- Set multi-year CRM & personalization strategy; build quarterly roadmaps tied to LTV / churn targets.
- Orchestrate journeys, triggers, offers, and next-best-action using real-time data.
- Establish experimentation guardrails (holdouts, uplift, CUPED) with Analytics / DS.
- Own platforms (ESP / MA, CDP, feature flags, testing, decisioning, loyalty) and budget.
- Partner with Product / Eng for event schemas, identity, and
- Govern consent / PII and meet global privacy / security requirements.
- Lead talent strategy : hire, coach, set operating cadence and SLAs with partner teams.
What you’ll bring
12+ yrs CRM / Lifecycle / Retention in scaled B2C / subscription / e-commerce.Proven LTV / churn impact at $500M+ revenue orgs; global experience a plus.Fluency with Braze / Iterable / SFMC; Segment / mParticle / Snowflake; Optimizely / LaunchDarkly; GA4 / Amplitude.Strong SQL, experimentation design, and executive storytelling.Comfort owning $10M+ program / platform spend.How we’ll measure success (12–18 mo)
