A Sr. Product Operations Manager drives product lifecycle efficiency, focusing on optimizing processes, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products successfully. Key responsibilities include establishing repeatable operational processes, managing product launch calendars, analyzing data for insights, driving strategic projects, and acting as a liaison to ensure product vision and business goals are met.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Product Operations Manager :

• Process Optimization : Define, implement, and optimize repeatable processes for product development, launch, and GTM activities to improve efficiency, consistency, and speed to market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a central point of contact and a leader for various teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, etc.) to align product vision with business requirements and ensure seamless execution.
• Product Lifecycle Management : Drive the entire product lifecycle, from launch planning and milestone execution to post-launch performance analysis and ongoing optimization.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution : Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new products and feature enhancements, working with stakeholders to bring the product vision to life.
• Data Analysis & Insights : Build systems to capture, analyze, and report on quantitative and qualitative data, developing KPIs and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic product decisions and improvements.
• Strategic Planning & Program Management : Lead and manage strategic cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company-wide processes and timely delivery of major product initiatives.

$135,000 The above represents the expected base salary for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
