Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Integrated Medicine Nurse Practitioner at Life's Medicine, located in Southlake, TX. The Integrated Medicine Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing patients, diagnosing medical conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing integrative medical care. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare providers, educating patients on healthy lifestyle choices, and ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.

Qualifications

• Clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge in integrative and holistic medicine approaches
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Patient education and health promotion skills
• Master's degree in Nursing and valid Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience in primary care or integrative medicine is preferred
