NetSuite Administrator

About the role : As the NetSuite Administrator, you will own the ongoing configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of Rockbot's NetSuite ERP system. You'll collaborate with Finance, Operations, People, and Sales teams to ensure NetSuite is set up to support scalable, efficient, and accurate business processes. Your mission is to improve workflow automation, drive reporting clarity, and ensure our systems align with our company's rapid growth and strategic initiatives.

You will :

• Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP across all business functions, ensuring data integrity, proper user access, and system uptime
• Partner with finance and accounting teams to support month-end and year-end processes, reporting, and audit readiness
• Design, implement, and manage workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and scripts to enhance system performance and end-user productivity
• Support the integration of third-party tools (e.g., BILL, Fyle, Salesforce, Boomi, Paystand and payroll systems) and streamline data flows between systems
• Troubleshoot issues, manage system updates, and coordinate with NetSuite support or external consultants as needed
• Develop training resources and support end users across departments to maximize system adoption and efficiency
• Continuously evaluate and improve NetSuite processes and configurations to support business scale and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business goals

Compensation : Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $110,000-$125,000 as well as equity, and benefits for all team members.
