Direct Hire Opportunity – Construction Sales Representative

$80,000 Base Salary + Growth Potential

Location : Bloomington, CA

A leading provider of stormwater conservation and utility construction solutions, specializing in drainage systems, drywell innovation, and infrastructure projects. Work focuses on protecting surface water resources and addressing one of the Environmental Protection Agency’s identified top sources of pollution — stormwater runoff. Partnerships include property managers, contractors, engineers, and municipalities to deliver effective, sustainable results that make a measurable impact.

The Role : Construction Sales Representative

Seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a background in construction, utilities, or stormwater infrastructure. The role combines fieldwork, proposal development, and relationship management, ideal for someone who excels at winning bids and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue opportunities in stormwater and utility construction

Build relationships with property managers, municipalities, and engineers

Develop, prepare, and submit competitive bid proposals

Manage pipeline and client updates in CRM (PipeDrive preferred)

Coordinate with internal teams on awarded projects

Attend site visits, meetings, and industry events to expand network

Qualifications

Associate degree in Construction Management, related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Proven experience in stormwater, utility, or construction sales

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Familiarity with CRM tools (PipeDrive a plus)
