The Compliance Analyst role is responsible for daily oversight and coordination of specific compliance functions and must be able to address multiple compliance disciplines.

Essential Functions :

• Develop and exhibit subject matter expertise in assigned areas of responsibility
• Develop and communicate company expectations to internal and external customers relative to assigned areas of responsibility
• Meet statutory reporting obligations within assigned areas of responsibility
• Develop, enhance, distribute and maintain business processes and procedures within assigned areas of responsibility
• Monitor new laws or promulgated regulations relative to areas of responsibility
• Develop and implement appropriate measures of internal and external compliance within areas of responsibility
• Maintain relationships with various state insurance departments and other regulatory bureaus / entities relative to areas of responsibility
