Guest Relations Representative
Wood Personnel is working with a very well-known restaurant company that prides itself on hard work, strong values, and genuine hospitality. They are looking for a Guest Relations Representative to come and assist with handling customer calls, chats, and emails. This person should have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, able to work independently, with a positive attitude.
Compensation and Hours :
- Remote (Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment with strong internet connection)
- $20 / hour
- Temporary until January
- Thursday through Sunday 9am to 6pm
- Lebanon, TN
Responsibilities :
Manage incoming chats, emails, and inquiries from guests, providing prompt and efficient serviceProvide an overwhelming hospitality approach to each interaction with a focus on converting disappointed guests into brand advocatesMaintain thorough knowledge of the companys products and services to provide accurate information to guestsDocument guest interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions takenCollaborate with team members to handle complex queries or complaintsMaintain quality and productivity requirementsParticipate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and performanceNavigate through multiple technological tools within the network environmentMaintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactionsRequirements :
Previous experience in a Customer Service or Contact Center environmentHigh School Diploma or equivalentDegree in a relevant field is a plusMust be computer savvyMust type at least 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracyExcellent oral and written communicationStrong problem-solving with a first contact resolution focusSalesForce experience a plusMust be self-starting and able to work independently with excellent time-management skills
