Position Title : Contract Coordinator

Position Summary
The Contract Coordinator will be responsible for managing, reviewing, negotiating, and executing a wide range of company agreements. This role ensures seamless contract processes for both internal stakeholders and external partners while maintaining compliance and driving workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle within a contract management system.
- Independently review, draft, and approve contracts, collaborating with business and legal teams as needed.
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and due diligence requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Education : Bachelor's degree or two years of undergraduate education preferred.Experience : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business-related functions (e.g., purchasing, procurement, contracting, finance).Proficiency in contract management and vendor management programs is required; SAP experience is a plus.Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working collaboratively within a team environment.
