This role is located in our office in New Berlin, Wisconsin, in the greater Milwaukee area. We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Product Manager to lead our Wire Termination & Connectivity portfolio, with a focus on connectors, terminals, lugs, and switches. This role will shape product strategy, deliver growth in electrical distribution, OEM, and retail channels, and strengthen our leadership in the electrical connectivity market.

What You Will Experience In This Position :

Strategic Portfolio Leadership

• Develop and execute a market-driven product strategy and 3-year roadmap aligned to growth in electrical distribution, OEM, and retail channels.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify unmet needs, emerging technologies, and high-value opportunities.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization ensuring profitability, market relevance, and competitive advantage.
