Job Description

We have a current opportunity for a Customer Service Representative on a contract to hire basis. The position will be based in Waukegan. For further information about this position please apply.

A consumer products company in the Greater Chicago area is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Customer Service Representative to their team.

About the Opportunity :

Start Date : ASAP

Assignment Length : 3+ months

Hours : 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities :

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Processing orders, returns, and product information requests
  • Coordinating with manufacturing and logistics to meet delivery deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Following up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications :

  • 1+ year of Customer Service experience
  • Experience with order processing and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Dependable attendance and flexibility when needed

    • Desired Skills :

    Experience in a B2B and / or Manufacturing
