Role Overview
The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Marketing with a strong focus on lead generation. This key leadership role requires someone with a demonstrated history of success in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the marketing department, overseeing brand management, digital marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Generate high-quality leads through innovative tactics such as strategic planning, corporate communications, public relations, market research, and direct marketing.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Create in-depth performance reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Involve actively in sales and marketing goals to guarantee targets are consistently achieved.
- Manage the marketing budget and devise segment-specific strategies to optimize resource allocation.
- Drive the creative strategy for all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technology; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.A minimum of 20 years of senior marketing leadership experience in a corporate setting.Strong analytical skills to assess the lead generation and sales cycle effectively.In-depth understanding of modern marketing practices and analytics.Proficient in SEO, SEM, paid social media strategies, and experienced with marketing automation tools.Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across functions.Travel Requirement : Less than 10%
