Lead all on-site field operations from mobilization through project closeout.

Coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and budget goals.
\n
Work closely with the project management team to deliver a complex, technical facility on time and to the highest standards.
\n
Foster a culture of safety and collaboration on site.

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large commercial or mission critical projects.
\n
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and complex building operations.
\n
Previous data center or mission critical experience preferred.
\n
Willingness to travel and work in Fargo, ND for the duration of the project.

Base salary : Open, depending on experience
\n
Project completion bonus : Projected at $100,000
\n
Annual bonus : 20% of base salary
\n
Housing stipend : $1,500-$2,500 / month
\n
Relocation assistance provided
\n
Travel home twice per month
\n
Example : A $150K base salary can realistically total ~$250K with incentives.
