Automotive Assistant Manager

Overview

Automotive Assistant Manager at Monro. Pay : $16-$20 per hour. Pay is based on experience. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. You will be involved in all aspects of daily store operations including the safe operation of our service bays. The Assistant Automotive Manager position includes a comprehensive Management training program starting on day 1, preparing you for the next steps in your career. As an automotive Manager for Monro, you will be a key team member, responsible for building lasting relationships with our Guests and delivering 5 Star Guest experiences while helping guests have safe, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager on store operations and decisions related to hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees.
• Support automotive technicians in establishing and maintaining a productive sales environment by training and developing teammates on shop operations and guest services.
• Assist with scheduling employees, completing timecards, and assigning work to Lube and Tire technicians.
• Perform duties of an automotive technician when needed.
• Attend meetings and clinics to maintain current knowledge of tools, parts, and repairs.
