About Supply Chain Management, Transportation : Our team is central to Walmart's operations, ensuring seamless movement of products from suppliers to stores and ultimately to our customers. What you'll do :

Take the lead in shaping the future of retail logistics as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management- End to End. This is your chance to drive innovation, optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, and make a tangible impact on Walmart's ability to serve millions of customers every day.

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, resolving escalations and implementing process improvements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Fleet's Internalized Parcel (IP) initiatives including overseeing strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination for IP.

Leverage data-driven insights through dashboard, KPIs, and performance analytics that will improve Fleet's performance.

Standardize metrics and processes across the network to reduce variability and improve scalability.

Guide and develop associates, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.

2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
