Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an open-source observability platform capable of handling over 1 million events per second

Engage with the community and evangelize the product while building a strong GitHub profile

Optimize queries and indexes for high-volume data and real-time applications

Required Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in backend engineering using Go

Experience with Java is a plus

Familiarity with concurrency, locks, and channels in Go

Hands-on experience with queries on billions of records

Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in software development
