Experience with CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation. Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or related frameworks. Proactive and committed to continuous improvement. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Develop and manage release schedules, identify dependencies and risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless release execution. Align release plans with business priorities and stakeholder expectations. Lead deployment activities across production and non-production environments. Ensure all changes meet quality, compliance, and security standards. Conduct release readiness assessments and provide post-release support. Continuously improve release processes and workflows. Promote best practices in CI / CD, automation, and DevOps. Maintain documentation for release policies and procedures. Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases. Develop and implement rollback strategies for failed deployments. Serve as the primary point of contact for release-related matters. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on release status and challenges. Facilitate post-release reviews to assess performance and drive improvements.
